Professor Curtis Bradley
Professor Bradley is the Richard A. Horvitz Professor of Law and Professor of Public Policy Studies and Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs. He has written numerous articles concerning international law and U.S. foreign relations law, and the intersection of the two. He recently published Foreign Officials and Sovereign Immunity in U.S. Courts for the American Society of International Law's "Insight" and is the co-author of two casebooks: Foreign Relations Law: Cases and Materials (Aspen Press 3d ed. 2009) (with Jack Goldsmith) and International Law (Aspen Press 4th ed. 2003) (with Barry Carter and Phillip Trimble).
